Cucumber Water

Cucumber Water is an easy infused water recipe for a cool, delicious drink with fresh cucumbers and optional mint leaves for extra flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber , washed well
  • 8 cups water
  • 4 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint , optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Trim the edges off the cucumber and slice thinly.
  2. Reserve 1/3 for garnish.
  3. Add 1/3 of the cucumber slices to a large pitcher, then smash gently.
  4. Add in the water and the remaining 1/3 of cucumber slices.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Serve in cups with ice and remaining cucumber slices inside and as a garnish.
Alternate:
  1. Cucumber Mint Water
  2. Muddle half the mint in with the first cucumbers.
  3. Serve remaining mint in cups with the ice.
