  • 1 small tomato (seeded and chopped)
  • ½ cup cucumber diced, seedless
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ⅓ cup cilantro minced, fresh
