Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cauliflower steamed
  • 3 cups of carrots sliced and steamed
  • one jar of Patak's Mild Curry Sauce
  • prepared rice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the vegetables and curry into a large pot.
  2. Heat up the sauce and vegetables until hot and steaming.
  3. Serve over rice and enjoy!
