Ingredients

  • 1 egg hard-boiled, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 lices bread your choice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • spinach leaves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Smash the hard-boiled egg with a fork until it's in small pieces. 
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and combine.
  3. Spread the egg salad onto your choice of bread. 
  4. Top with spinach leaves and place the second slice of bread on top. Enjoy!
