Ingredients
- 1 egg hard-boiled, peeled
- 2 tablespoons cucumber chopped
- 1 tablespoon celery chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 lices bread your choice
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- spinach leaves
Instructions
- Smash the hard-boiled egg with a fork until it's in small pieces.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and combine.
- Spread the egg salad onto your choice of bread.
- Top with spinach leaves and place the second slice of bread on top. Enjoy!
