Curried Rice Recipe

Curried Rice Recipe combines long grain rice with a blend of aromatic spices including curry powder, coriander, paprika, and turmeric. The dish features sautéed onion, red bell pepper, and carrot cooked together before simmering the rice in vegetable or chicken stock. The result is a fragrant, softly textured rice with a layered spice profile, brightened with lemon juice and fresh parsley. The use of garam masala and chili flakes sprinkled on top adds complexity and mild heat, making it a flavorful side or light main dish.
