Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni , cooked and drained
  • 4 talks celery , chopped
  • 1 green apple , cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 12 ounces chunk tuna drained, canned
  • 1/4 cup almonds for garnish, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and curry powder.
  2. Toss with pasta, celery, apples, and raisins.
  3. Carefully mix in tuna until coated with dressing.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Garnish with sliced almonds before serving.
