Curry and Honey Corn on the Cob

BBQ Roasted Corn on the Cob, with a honey butter spread and curry sprinkled on top? The best corn on the cob I've eaten in years!

Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn unhusked that has been soaked water for hours
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons melted honey
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the bbq to around 350 degrees.
  2. Place corn, in its husks, directly on the BBQ rack.
  3. Roast until tender and cooked through, about 40-45 minutes.
  4. Peel down the husks.
  5. Combine the butter and honey.
  6. Rub each ear of corn with 1 tablespoon of the butter/honey mix.
  7. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the curry powder.
