Curry Butter Corn on the Cob Recipe

Curry butter corn on the cob is a fantastic way to enjoy one of the season's sweetest vegetables. Make extra curry butter to keep on hand.

Ingredients

  • 4 corn cobs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature
  • ¾ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced cilantro if desired

Instructions

  1. Cook the corn as desired, either grilled, boiled or roasted.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the butter, curry powder, cumin and salt. Smash with the back of a fork and stir until combined.
  3. Spread the butter on the warm corn. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired. Serve.
