Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • ⅓ cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder more if you prefer
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ cup roasted almonds slices cashews or pistachio, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
