Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Coriander ground
- 1 Tablespoon cumin ground
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric ground
- 1 teaspoon cayenne powder for hot, less for milder
- 1 Tablespoon smoked sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon ginger ground
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl add all the spices; coriander, cumin, turmeric, cayenne, paprika, ginger and chili.
- Whisk ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
- Place in an airtight container with a lid.
