Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander ground
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin ground
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric ground
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne powder for hot, less for milder
  • 1 Tablespoon smoked sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ginger ground
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small mixing bowl add all the spices; coriander, cumin, turmeric, cayenne, paprika, ginger and chili.
  2. Whisk ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Place in an airtight container with a lid.

Notes

  • Make sure the spices have not expired. Spices are freshest when used within a year of being purchased.
