Ingredients
- 1 garam masala 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tbsp cumin, 1/2 tsp blk pepper, 3/4 -1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1/4 tsp nutmeg), no cloves for less heat, Or use, recipe, powder
- garam masala powdered, 4 tbsp, whole
- 1.5 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger , optional
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp fenugreek seed powder , optional
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container for upto 3 months. Adjust flavor once you use it with extra cinnamon, heat or turmeric
