Dairy-free chocolate brownies

These dairy-free chocolate brownies combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, and neutral oil to produce dense, rich brownies without dairy. The optional chocolate chips contribute additional chocolate bursts. The batter is thick and sticky, baked until the top is firm but slightly soft. The brownies offer a fudgy texture and deep cocoa flavor suitable for dairy-free diets.
