Dairy-Free Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • ½ cup collagen powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter natural
  • 3 tbs maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 3 tbs dairy-free butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips dairy-free

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat the butter so that it is just melted.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate chips.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Enjoy.

Notes

  • If you mix the chocolate chips in at the same time as the butter, they’re more likely to melt.
  • Know that you can use tallow in place of dairy-free butter as well or even coconut milk for a rich flavor.
  • This edible protein cookie dough is best eaten as soon as you make it. Though it can sit on the counter for a bit.
  • Placing it in the fridge causes it to become too hard. Portion it into bowls as soon as you make it and enjoy!
  • Opt for crunchy peanut butter for extra yum!
