Ingredients
- ½ cup collagen powder
- ½ cup peanut butter natural
- 3 tbs maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 3 tbs dairy-free butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chocolate chips dairy-free
Instructions
- Heat the butter so that it is just melted.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate chips.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Enjoy.

Notes
- If you mix the chocolate chips in at the same time as the butter, they’re more likely to melt.
- Know that you can use tallow in place of dairy-free butter as well or even coconut milk for a rich flavor.
- This edible protein cookie dough is best eaten as soon as you make it. Though it can sit on the counter for a bit.
- Placing it in the fridge causes it to become too hard. Portion it into bowls as soon as you make it and enjoy!
- Opt for crunchy peanut butter for extra yum!
