																							Ingredients
For the Pork
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 1 pound ground pork
 - 1 tablespoon Chinkiang vinegar
 - 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
 - 2 teaspoons soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon brown sugar
 
For the Sauce
- ½ cup reserved water from noodles
 - ⅓ cup Tahini
 - ½ cup soy sauce
 - ¼ cup hoisin sauce
 - ¼ cup Chinkiang vinegar
 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar
 - 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice
 - 3 cloves garlic minced
 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
 
Serving
- 1 lb cooked ramen noodles
 - ⅓ cup toasted chopped peanuts
 - Chili oil for serving
 - Chopped green onions for serving
 
Instructions
- Cook your noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
 - In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients for your sauce.
 - In a large pan, over medium high heat, add your vegetable oil and ground pork. Cook until your pork is just about cooked through.
 - To the pork, add your chinkiang vinegar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Continue cooking until the pork has cooked through.
 - Place the cooked noodles in the pan with the pork and pour the mixed sauce over the top.
 - Stir fry the noodles with the pork and sauce until the sauce has coated everything.
 - Remove from heat. To serve, place a portion of noodles into a bowl, top with the toasted peanuts, chili oil, and green onions.

																Notes
- Be sure to use a slightly sturdier noodle and boil them al dente, I first tried to use a thin ramen and boiled it to very soft and it was a disaster.
