Ingredients

  • 2 banana frozen and cubed, large
  • 4 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter natural

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place bananas, dates, almond milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, and peanut butter into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 2 to 4 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Check the consistency. If the shake is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again.
  4. Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately.
