Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Air Fryer Oven
  • Mandolin
Dried Lemon Ingredients:
  • 3 lemons

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice your lemons into medium slices, discard of the ends and load onto your air fryer shelves.
  2. Place in the air fryer oven on the top shelf (or use all shelves) and air fry for 3 hours and 30 minutes at 55c/130f.
  3. Allow to cool before transferring to storage containers for later.

Notes

  • Setting. Note that the Power Air Fryer Oven has a weird set up. You have to press fruit and then adjust the time up to 55c and then adjust the cook time.
  • Swap. You can have a citrus party and do a mixture of lemons, limes and oranges and keep the same temperature and cook time.
  • Avoid. Discard lime ends and any lemon slices that has broken as its being sliced as it will not dehydrate as well.
  • Thanks for reading our dehydrated lemon recipe on Recipe This. We have many more Air Fryer recipes for you to check out next. Though if you would like more fruit, then I recommend you try our air fryer baked oatmeal.
