Ingredients

  • 1 cup or 70 grams kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or any other sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup or 230 ml almond milk or any other nut milk, unsweetened
  • water optional, or ice
  • sea salt a pinch
