Ingredients

CITRUS DETOX WATER:
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 grapefruit sliced
  • 3 ginger small slices, fresh
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 4 cups ice
  • water as needed
CITRUS BERRY DETOX WATER:
  • 1/2 orange sliced
  • 1/2 lime sliced
  • 1/2 lemon sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries washed
  • 1 cup strawberries washed and sliced
  • 3 ginger small slices, fresh
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 4 cups ice
  • water as needed
CUCUMBER ROSEMARY DETOX WATER:
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1/2 English cucumber sliced
  • 5 rosemary sprigs
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 4 cups ice
  • water as needed
TROPICAL DETOX WATER:
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple sliced
  • 1 kiwi cleaned and sliced
  • 1/2 English cucumber sliced
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 4 cups ice
  • water as needed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prepare the fruit, veggies, and herbs by cleaning, washing, and slicing what is needed.
  2. Fill a large container or beverage dispenser by layering ice and the ingredients. Top with cold water.
  3. Let infuse for at least 45 minutes or better 12 hours in the fridge.
  4. Enjoy!
