Devon Rolls

The ultimate 80s party food. Mashed potato wrapped in devon – and we loved it!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices devon
  • 300 grams potatoes
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and dice potatoes and boil in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes and return to saucepan.
  3. Add butter and mayonnaise and mash into potato.
  4. Add two dessert spoons of mashed potato in a line in centre of devon.
  5. Fold one side across the potato and then the other side so it is overlapping the first side. Pin together with a toothpick.
  6. Pile your devon rolls on a plate and serve with tomato sauce.
