Dijon Cream Pork Chops
Dijon Cream Pork Chops are a quick, easy, juicy, boneless pork chop recipe. Skillet-cooked with a creamy sauce made with Dijon mustard.
Ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops , boneless
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Season pork with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add butter and vegetable oil to a large, heavy skillet on medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork on both sides until the pork is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes total.
- Remove pork chops, add in chicken broth, Dijon mustard and heavy cream.
- Bring to a simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
