Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops , boneless
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Season pork with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add butter and vegetable oil to a large, heavy skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the pork on both sides until the pork is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes total.
  4. Remove pork chops, add in chicken broth, Dijon mustard and heavy cream.
  5. Bring to a simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
