Dijon Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Easy and fast pork tenderloin that is coasted in Dijon mustard, rolled in seasoned bread crumbs and roasted! Easy, tasty and fast!

Ingredients

  • 1 3-4 lb pork tenderloin
  • 5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
  2. Slather the mustard all over the tenderloin.
  3. Roll the tenderloin in the bread crumbs.
  4. Place the tenderloin on a baking rack and cook in a 350 degree oven until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  5. Remove and tent with tinfoil for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
