Dill Pickle Chex Mix

Ingredients
- 8 cups corn chex cereal
- 2 cups cheese crackers
- 1 cup pretzels squares
- 1 cup cashews pickle flavored pieces
- 6 Tablespoons butter melted
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning package, dry
- 1 Tablespoon dill pickle juice
- 1 Tablespoon dill dried
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal, cheese crackers, pretzel squares, and cashews.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch seasoning, dill pickle juice, dried dill, and garlic powder.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss gently to make sure everything is coated.
- Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes or so.
- Transfer Chex Mix to a large tray to cool completely before serving and storing.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
