Dill Sauce
Whether drizzled over a salad or used as a dip, this Dill Sauce will add a creamy and refreshing touch!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill finely chopped, fresh
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic minced, small clove
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Stir the sauce once more before serving. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
