Dirty Diet Coke Recipe
Dirty Diet Coke is the ultimate summer mocktail! It combines with coconut syrup, lime, and half and half for a refreshing drink perfect for the summer.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Diet Coke can
- 2 tablespoons coconut syrup
- 1 tablespoon juice or 1/2 fresh lime
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- ice
Instructions
- Fill 2 cups full of ice and pour the Diet Coke evenly between the two glasses.
- Add one tablespoon of coconut syrup and ½ tablespoon of lime juice to each glass and stir lightly to mix. Or cut the lime into quarters and squeeze one quarter into each glass. Drop the spent lime wedges into the glass.
- Pour one tablespoon of half and half (or more to taste) over the top of each glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use cream instead of half and half for an extra creamy drink.
- Use coconut coffee creamer instead of the coconut syrup and half and half.
- Try this with your favorite soda, like root beer or ginger ale.
