Dirty Martini

El "dirty martini", una variante del dry martini, debe su nombre a la salmuera de aceituna que le da un aspecto ligeramente verdoso y turbio.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml gin dry
  • 8 ml de vermut
  • 20 ml olive brine from green olives
  • green olives para adornar, stuffed with red pepper

  • 5 Cubitos de hielo

  • Coctelera
  • Colador para cócteles strainer
  • Copa de Martini

Instructions

  1. Colocar los cubitos de hielo en el fondo de una coctelera.
  2. Verter encima la ginebra seca, el vermut y la salmuera de aceitunas.
  3. Agitar enérgicamente la coctelera durante 15 segundos.
  4. Colocar el colador en la coctelera, y luego verter el contenido en la copa de martini (desechar los cubitos de hielo).
  5. Terminar colocando las guarniciones (cáscara de limón y aceitunas).
