Disneyland Cornflake Crusted French Toast Copycat
This recipe recreates the Disneyland-style French toast featuring Texas toast coated in a crunchy crushed cornflake crust. The slices are dipped in a rich egg mixture made with milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla, then coated in the cornflakes before frying until golden brown in vegetable oil. The result is a crispy exterior with a tender, custardy inside. Serving with syrup, whipped cream, and fresh fruit or berries adds complementary sweetness and freshness.
