Ingredients
Chocolate Marshmallow Cream:
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped into soft peaks
White Chocolate Marshmallow Cream:
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup white chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped into soft peaks

Instructions
- In a large bowl, add marshmallows and milk. Heat for 60-90 seconds in microwave or until mostly melted. As you stir the marshmallow cream, the marshmallows will further melt.
- Add chocolate and stir well until chocolate is completely melted.
- In mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into chocolate marshmallow cream. Set aside.
- Repeat with white chocolate.
- In a large bowl, add marshmallows and milk. Heat for 60-90 seconds in microwave or until mostly melted. As you stir the marshmallow cream, the marshmallows will further melt.
- Add white chocolate and stir well until chocolate is completely melted.
- In mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into white chocolate marshmallow cream. Set aside.
- Pour white chocolate marshmallow cream into baked pie crust.
- Pour dark chocolate marshmallow cream on top of white chocolate cream.
- Using tip of sharp knife or toothpick, swirl the two chocolates together to make a marble pattern.
- Let chill for at least 2-4 hours. Can be made overnight to give it time to set up.
