Doughnut Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated large biscuits (I used Pillsbury Grands Biscuits)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • sprinkles, if desired

Instructions

  1. Spray a waffle maker with non-stick spray; heat waffle maker.
  2. Remove biscuits from can; separate into 8 biscuits. Place one biscuit in the center of waffle maker. Close lid; cook 2 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla with whisk until combined. (Add the cocoa if you want chocolate glaze. Stir in cocoa until combined.)Dip each side of the doughnut waffles into the glaze. Add sprinkles, if using. Serve and enjoy!
