Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach (consider rotating greens-kale, Swiss chard, lamb's quarters, and dandelion greens with stems removed)
- 1 pear can substitute an apple or orange
- 1 cup banana ripe (can substitute 1 of blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
- 1 cucumber
- 3 carrots whole
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups water adjust to desired consistency
Instructions
- Using a high-speed blender (Vitamix works well), blend all the ingredients. Best if served immediately.
