These easy Dr. Seuss party snacks make an adorable healthy Cat In the Hat! This snack is perfect for birthday parties with a dun Seuss twist. Ingredients
- 10 large strawberries
- 2 large bananas
- orange or lemon juice optional
- Candy eyes optional
- Sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Wash strawberries. Slice strawberries and bananas into rounds.
- Brush bananas gently with orange or lemon juice to reduce browning.
- Alternate strawberries and bananas, making a multicolor stack to form Cat In The Hat hats.
- Add strawberry and banana stacks to the ends of the straws or other skewers.

- This Dr. Seuss snack easily scales down if you are making it for only a few children, or scales up if you are making kabobs for a party!
