Dragonfruit Smoothie
A beautiful and nutritious smoothie made from dragonfruit and banana.
Ingredients
- 6 oz dragonfruit frozen cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 4 oz coconut water
Instructions
- Throw all ingredients into a Vitamix and blend on high. Add more or less water depending on how thick you like it. You can also add a handful of spinach or kale but it will not be this brilliant pink color
