Dressing, Satay Dressing for salads and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 100 gram peanut butter crunchy
  • 60 ml hot water 1/4 cup
  • 60 ml rice wine vinegar 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon sugar or taste
  • 60 ml Soy Sauce light 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger very finely grated
  • 5 ml sesame oil 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Put all of your ingredients in a jar.
  2. Put the peanut butter into a jar and add the hot water and put the lid on and shake very well.
  3. Then add ginger, soy, rice wine vinegar, sugar and sesame oil.
  4. Shake very well.
  5. Taste. Add more sugar if you like.

Notes

  • RECIPE NOTES Add a little crushed garlic if you like
