Ingredients

  • 2 Fuji apples
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry apples. Core the apples and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick, using a mandoline for consistency.
  3. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Flip apple slices and continue baking for another 1.5 hours, or until the apple slices are dried out but still pliable. Cool completely on wire racks.
