Dried Jalapenos

Dried jalapenos are easy to make and a great snack or addition to any recipe. 2 hours in the oven is all it takes for dehydrated jalapenos.

  • 4 jalapeños

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 200ºF.
  3. Cut the ends off of each jalapeno.
  4. Slice jalapenos crosswise into ⅛-inch slices.
  5. Place jalapeno slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 2 hours.
  7. or until hard and dried.
  8. Serve.
  9. Enjoy every bite!
