Drunken Pumpkin Mocha

A Drunken Pumpkin Mocha is the perfect drink to make on cool fall nights when you want something a little more fancy than hot chocolate!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coffee syrup I use Torani brand, pumpkin spice flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup Rumchata liqueur
  • Whipped Cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the coffee syrup and pumpkin pie spice to the hot coffee and stir.
  2. Add the half-and-half and RumChata to the mug and stir to combine.
  3. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  4. Serve warm or over ice.
