- 150 gms durum wheat flour 5.5 oz
- 13 gms fresh yeast brewer’s yeast, 0.5 oz
- 270 ml water 9.5 oz
- 35 gms butter softned, 1 ¼ oz. or lard
- 10 gms salt 1 ¾ tsp
- 13 gms honey 1 tbsp
Notes
- You can substitute the brewer’s yeast with 7 gms – 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast.
