Made from everyday spices, this is the easiest chicken seasoning ever. It's super versatile and can be used for just about any chicken dish.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir all ingredients together for the seasoning blend until they are well mixed.
- Blot both sides of chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place on foil lined baking sheets that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle both sides of chicken with seasoning blend and bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until the internal temperature registers at 165 degrees F. Serve warm or bring to room temperature, cube and store in refrigerator as meal prepped chicken to serve with salads, etc..
