Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- M&M's chopped and whole, separated
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream white sugar, brown sugar, butter, and oil.
- Add eggs, one at a time, to the butter mixture and mix until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, sift baking powder, salt, baking soda, and flour. Add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Add vanilla and mix.
- Add as many chopped M&Ms as you prefer and ½ cup white chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough and roll it into balls. Add 5 whole M&M's to the top center of each dough ball. Add a few white chocolate chips on top as well.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet.

Notes
- Store cookie dough. Mix up the cookie dough, cover with plastic, and refrigerate for 1-2 days. You can also freeze cookie dough balls for 3 months. See How to Freeze Cookie Dough for tips.
- Store baked cookies in an airtight container at room temperature, along with a piece of white bread to help keep them soft, for 4-5 days. Freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
