Ingredients
- 1 .5 oz package Oreo cookies crushed
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 2 boxes 3.4 oz each instant chocolate pudding mix
- 12 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 1 cup Easter M&M's
- 20 PEEP marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk with instant chocolate pudding, until smooth.
- Pour pudding mix into cream cheese mixture. Beat until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Prepare in a 9x13 dish by pressing half the Oreos on bottom, topped with the pudding filling and then topped with the remaining oreos.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. When ready to serve, sprinkle top of cake with Easter M&M's candy, one PEEP to each slice of cake and edible green grass.
