Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 19.1 ounces Oreo cookies
- 4-6 ounce bags candy melts in various colors (almond bark may also be used)
- Easter Sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the Oreos into a food processor and pulse until you get them to a crumb consistency, no big pieces left.
- Combine the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese in a large bowl with either a hand or stand mixer.
- Use a 1 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop a ball of the mixture and gently shape it into an egg shape with your hands.
- Place the the eggs on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- While the eggs are chilling, melt one color of candy melts in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat in 30 second increments until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Use two forks to dip each egg into the melted candy melts. Allow any excess to drip off before placing it back on the parchment paper then immediately top with sprinkles before the coating sets.
- Repeat melting candy melts and dipping for each different color until all eggs are coated.
- Drizzle the tops of the eggs with different color melted candy melts.
- Serve and enjoy!

Notes
- Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container since there is unbaked cream cheese inside of these.
- Try these with different flavor Oreos to get a slightly different flavored inside!
- Put the cookies in a zip lock bag and use a rolling pin to finely crush them if you don’t have a food processor. Or you can just buy Oreo crumbs here.
- Double this recipe by simply using two packs of Oreos and two packs of cream cheese. You may need to use a larger bowl, but it works great doubled!
