Ingredients
- 6 cups (1440ml) raspberry juice
- 3 cups (720ml) Sprite or lemon-lime soda
- 3 cups (450g) fresh fruit sliced watermelon, cantaloupe or pineapple
- lemon slices
- Ice cubes
- Easter sprinkles for garnish
- 4 cups (960ml) sherbet optional
Instructions
- Combine the raspberry juice and Sprite or soda in a large punch bowl or pitcher.
- Add the fresh fruit and lemon slices to the mixture.
- Place plenty of ice cubes in the punch to keep it cold.
- Stir the punch gently to mix the ingredients.
- Finish the punch by scooping sherbet on top and garnish each glass with more and a dash of Easter sprinkles.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
- What's great about this punch is that you can adjust the sweetness. I tend to make it less sweet for adults and even make a separate punch for the kids. Just add more or less soda.
- I like to use fruits that are in season as I tend to be able to buy more in bulk.
- I also like to make an adult version of this drink by adding vodka or rum. Be sure it's out of the children's reach.
- The soda will go flat are about 1-2 days so bear that in mind when planning or prepping this mocktail.
- Storage - It can be stored in the fridge for 24 hours.
