Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole

You will love making and eating this ridiculously easy guacamole!

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 3 tablespoons fresh salsa
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice about half of a lime, lightly squeezed
  • 1-2 garlic cloves finely minced or pressed
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt add more to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork or whisk until combined and chunky texture is achieved. Add salt to taste.

Notes

  • When I make this I never measure the ingredients. I add a few spoonfuls of salsa, a squeeze of lime and shake some salt into it. Then I will adjust to taste as needed. Feel free to make adjustments to customize this to your own preferences.
