Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole

Need guacamole in a hurry? This Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole can be made in just 5 minutes and only uses 4 ingredients: avocados, coriander, lime juice and salt. But don’t worry, there is no compromise on taste – it still tastes amazing! (Serves 4-6, depending on appetite and accompaniments.)

Ingredients

  • 3 avocado skin and stones removed, and roughly chopped, ripe
  • 5 g Coriander roughly chopped - plus extra for garnish, fresh
  • lime juice or to taste, juice of ½ lime
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the chopped avocados in a bowl and roughly mash with the back of a fork until you achieve your preferred consistency.
  2. Stir in the chopped coriander.
  3. Add salt and lime juice to taste.
  4. Garnish with more coriander
