Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole
You will love making and eating this ridiculously easy guacamole!
Ingredients
- 4 avocado ripe
- 3 tablespoons salsa fresh
- 1 tablespoon lime juice about half of a lime, lightly squeezed, fresh
- 1-2 garlic finely minced or pressed, cloves
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt add more to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork or whisk until combined and chunky texture is achieved. Add salt to taste.
Notes
- When I make this I never measure the ingredients. I add a few spoonfuls of salsa, a squeeze of lime and shake some salt into it. Then I will adjust to taste as needed. Feel free to make adjustments to customize this to your own preferences.
