Easy 5-min. Dill Cucumber Toast
Toasted bread with smooth cream cheese, refreshing cucumber slices and fresh dill. This quick and easy dill cucumber toast is ready in 5 minutes with minimal ingredients. Ingredients
- 2 lices sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoon cream cheese regular or light (or sub with vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free version)
- 6-8 lices English cucumber or any seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices on both sides until golden brown in the toaster or in a heated pan on medium heat.
- Evenly spread a thin layer of cream cheese all over the toast from edge to edge.
- Layer cucumber slices on top of each piece of toast, about 3-4 pieces.
- Add as much fresh dill that you desire on top of the cucumbers. Enjoy!
