  • Make-Ahead
  • Make-Ahead
  • Since Affogato is a dessert meant to be enjoyed immediately after preparation, there may be better options for making ahead. However, you can still prepare some dish components beforehand to save time. For example, you can brew the coffee or espresso and let it cool to room temperature before storing it in an airtight container in the fridge. You can also shave the chocolate and store it in an airtight container at room temperature until you're ready to use it.
