Ingredients
- 1 cup of dried Hibiscus Flowers
- 12 cups of water (Depending on how concentrated you like)
- 1 ½ cups Monk Fruit Sweetener , to taste
- ice , to serve
- Lime for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot add 4 cups of water and the flower of Jamaica and bring it to a boil for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool at room temperature. Strain the water through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher and reserve the flowers. Add the remaining water, and sugar, and mix well. Refrigerate until cold. Serve cold with ice and garnish with lime, if desired. Enjoy!
