Easy Air fryer Chicken Breast

This air fryer chicken breast recipe is so flavorful and juicy and can be made in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1lb) chicken breasts boneless skinless chicken breasts
For the seasoning oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chicken seasoning Use any poultry seasoning/spice mix of your choice.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the oil, lemon juice and spices in a small bowl then mix well.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush the oil over the chicken, making sure each piece of chicken is completely coated.
  4. Transfer the chicken to your air fryer basket and insert into the air fryer.
  5. Cook for 7 minutes at 190ºC/375ºF then flip the chicken over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer then allow to rest for a few minutes before serving with sides of your choice.

Notes

  • If your chicken breasts are very large, they'll need an extra 5-7 minutes to cook through.
