Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- Oil spray preferably olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons hot water
- toast optional for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Lightly coat each ramekin with oil spray, ensuring the sides are well-greased to prevent sticking.
- Add 3 tablespoons of hot water to each ramekin.
- Carefully crack an egg into each ramekin, taking care not to break the yolk.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket or tray.
- Cook the eggs for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired yolk consistency.
- Once done, remove the ramekins from the air fryer and gently release the eggs using a rubber spatula or knife.
